RETURNS & EXCHANGES


THIRD CROWN DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

THIRD CROWN accepts exchanges ONLY on items purchased from the online store for up to 30 days after the order was received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

THIRD CROWN guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship.
A refund will only be issued if the item is defective and THIRD CROWN is notified within 7 days of order receipt. All refunds need to be approved by THIRD CROWN. Original shipping is not refunded. All inquires should be directed to customer@thirdcrown.com.
All sale items are final sale.


CARE & FINISHES


Treat all THIRD CROWN jewelry with special care by avoiding direct contact with water, heat, sunlight, rough surfaces, cologne, and perfumes. DO NOT use chemicals to clean your jewelry. When cleaning your jewelry, we recommend you use polishing cloths because they are non abrasive and will remove tarnishing with minimal effort. By following these steps you will help to maintain the original appearance of this product.

All items are made of plated metals. Plated metals will tarnish over time with continued wear. Some items have natural hand cut stones so there may be slight variations and distinctions between each piece.

When not in use, store jewelry in the protective bag or box received with purchase.


PRE-ORDERS


Please note that all pre-order items are posted to our site in advance. The pre-order will be processed and charged at the time of the order. The date of arrival for any pre-order product is posted on the product page. All pre-orders are final sale and will NOT be refunded.
